SCEL (Scottish College for Educational Leadership), now the Professional Learning and Leadership team in Education Scotland,  supports professional learning and leadership development at all levels for education practitioners across Scotland.

We support teachers and practitioners to make a difference in the classroom, school and wider community through access to innovative and high-quality leadership development programmes and actively seek to influence learning and practice across the system through the promotion of the principles of the national model of professional learning and modelling effective practice.
